Delivery will be made on the date requested.  When substitution is required we will en devour to make direct contact with the customer to make other arrangements to suit the customers floral request,  once an agreed floral choice has been made our  florist will provide a photo of the finished product 1 hour before delivering the funeral spray, this will give the customer time to make any changes to the order prior to delivery.

When placing an order online it is recommended that you provide all the delivery details including a Contact Phone Number.  Our Florist need a day prior to order in the freshest flowers. 

When delivering a Funeral Spray on the Day of Service to a Church, Funeral Home, Marae or a Private Residents it is recommended that all flowers arrive 1 hour before the service starts.

We can make delivering flowers easy for you,  as long as we have all the Delivery Details like Recipients full name, Contact number, Delivery Date, Time of Service & the Delivery Address.
