Substitution Policy

 

We attempt to make the finished product as close as possible to the picture supplied, however at times the finished product may vary in colour & some blooms may not be in season or be unavailable. Also note that we will only use fresh flowers and some bloom will not be fully open,  giving then a few days to look similar to picture.

If so, a suitable similar flower shall be substituted to both your specifications and the pictured style.Similarly with containers, if suppliers are out of stock of a pictured container, vase or basket, we will use a product with a similar look.

*where possible we will try to contact you to discuss the change if we feel it could be significant.  You give Country Garden Flowers the right to charge up to $100 for delivery  or the need to add to orders where substitution is not an option after final purchase as been  made.  Where customers are dissatisfied with  available options over the value.

Delivery will be made on the date requested.  When substitution is  required we will en devour to make direct contact with the customer to make other arrangements to suit the customers floral request,  once an agreed floral choice has been made our  florist will provide a photo of the finished product 1 hour before delivering the funeral spray, this will give the customer time to make any changes to the order prior to delivery.
